Named, Accountable GP and Continuity of Care

You may have heard in the media recently that Jeremy Hunt, the  Secretary of State for Health, would like all patients over 75 years of age to have a named, accountable GP with overall responsibility for their care.

We are pleased to inform patients of The Dalton Square practice that that is exactly what we have been doing for over 100 years, but we feel all patients are entitled to this level of continuity of care, not just those over 75 years of age.
