Please be aware that this service is not for routine contaceptive advice.  You will need to book a routine appointment with the Practice Nurse or your GP.

 Provide a service for patients requiring medical attention from 6.30pm to 8am Monday to Friday and all day Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. This will be staffed by doctors and nurses and will integrate with existing services such as A+E, ambulance service and District Nurses.

Registration with the Practice

registrationIf you live within our Practice Boundary we will be happy to welcome you as a new patient. If you require information about the practice prior to registration the Practice Manager, Sandy Pearson, will be pleased to help you. You can pre-register on-line using this website.  You will be required to come in to sign your registration forms to complete your registration with us.  You can also register quickly and easily by bringing your medical card or registration form to reception.  A printable registration form is available on the website

You will be requested to have a short appointment with one of our nursing team so we can take a medical history from you and perform a brief health check. When registering with the practice you may specify a preferred doctor and we will endeavour to comply with any reasonable preference.
